On the move with a one hour window, I found myself at the food court in Westfield Parramatta NSW Australia starving and trying to choose between a mainstream burger joint or box of cholesterol-filled fried chicken. Walking through lines and lines of fast food stalls I came upon a very unusual stall that sells sushi, an assortment of precooked asian dishes and listed on their menu is laksa. I know it’s confusing but it must be a one-stop shop for asian dishes.

I went for the beef laksa and shall I say for an immediate laksa fix they are not bad at all. Although it was served in a plastic bowl with plastic spoons, what do you expect in a fast food stall, it was tasty. You get a decent amount of beef strips and soup alone is very tasty. Of course, each place has their own version of laksa and I had a few of them in different places but this is better than most I’ve tasted.

In a hurry, craving for Laksa then this is the place to be.
