The morning rush, the morning dash. Monday to Friday I scramble to work to earn the necessary dollars, to keep my craving for food satisfied. There would be those odd days when you feel you need not rush, savour the morning before you battle it out in the vast battlefield we call office.
Starting your slow morning by having a sit down breakfast? Why not? Where do you spend that short precious time? There is one place you could spend it in Parramatta. The Hungry Baker. The ambiance is cozy despite it being a busy place at that time in the morning, filled with workers like me getting their first coffee hit. I would describe it as an up market coffee shop, where you get the usual bacon and egg rolls, the big breakfast and among others. They have an extensive choices in their menu but for the purposes of my dietary intake I’ll stick to the ones that are fried.

I had the big breakfast and it lived up to it’s name, it was really big. Seldom do you see a well presented breakfast and hands down, this was one of the few. A tad pricey for breakfast but it was really worth it. It”s got hash brown, bacon sausage, chorizo by the way, healthy veggies, (Now did I say healthy?), mushrooms and a side tomato like sauce to break the monotony. Definitely something, you’ll enjoy
